Grand Bohemian Hotel Lodge
Grand Bohemian is a unique boutique hotel located in downtown Greenville, SC. The hotel will feature 30 balcony suites, a luxury spa, restaurant, bar, and indoor and outdoor event spaces. The site is located in an exclusive point of the city, just meters from the waterfalls on the Reedy River which requires special attention in the design of it.
Sexton Design and Development provided Landscape Architecture Design and Site Construction. The Landscape Architecture Design goal was to extend the Falls Park into the Grand Bohemian Plaza and connect the spaces with plant materials and colors, while creating a space unique to Grand Bohemian in the same effort. Landscape areas provide four season visual interest while maintaining a natural park-like approach. The site construction includes grading, storm drain installation, sidewalks, pedestrian and vehicular pavers, large boulders, granite curbing, stonework, firepit, site furnishings installation, slope stabilization, landscaping.
